Like previously mentioned by Prehax, In the same way that you traded your pokemon you can recover it, If your problem is that a user did not return your pokemon and it was not a sale, You can take screenshots of the trade and the conversation or any info that you got with The player and you can report him in Report Center and a Moderator will help you.
