+-15 minutes ago the blue server crashed and everyone got disconnected. For me this happened whilst fighting the snorlax i used pokeflute for. Now ofcourse I wanted to catch it but now its gone..

 

Is there anything that can be done to this ?

sadly there is nothing you can do about it since crashes and things like that happen on occasions because the game is still in the beta phase.

This is also covered in READ THIS BEFORE MAKING GENERAL SUPPORT TOPIC!.

You can still catch Snorlax at Route 12 ( spawns all day and non ms ), that's the same Route where the Snorlax was sleeping. :P

 

Including disconnections and rollbacks

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback?. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

I am sorry to hear that you experienced this inconvenience. Unfortunately as said in the Please Read Before You Make a General Support Post:

Sometimes when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility.

You can also read up more about roll backs on the Hit by a Rollback? post. I am sorry to have to inform you of this. However, there is something you can do in the future to prevent experiencing rollbacks is too logout after an important milestone/event. This will force the server to 'force save' your progress.
