i have been trying to play for the last 3days and i cant connect to any of the severs and its not my internet cuz i have try restarting it and still nothing and i dont have bad internet i got 5ping 100up and 200down and my account isnt banned

what does the message say?

 

if it just fades, just wait a couple minutes and it will log you on.

if it says user already logged on just keep pressing log in.

if it says server blocked than the server is in maintenance.

 

also the server might just have crashed and you will have to wait some minutes (sometimes some hours)

Hey there Mxgby! I am sorry to hear that you experienced this inconvenience. The 3 servers were down for maintenance, that is why you could not connect. In the future, I recommend using the status checkers to check server status first, if you are having troubles logging in. You can get the three server status checkers here:
