The logging screen freeze after logging. I play on blue server. Is it caused by a lot of players online?

Hey there !

I am sorry to hear about this inconvenience. The blue server has crashed. It is waiting for an admin to reboot it so that it can come back online, there is also no eta for when it will come back online. I would also like to remind you of the forum rules:

1. Do not ask about server status. The topic will be locked instantly

Please use the status checkers in the future to check server status. Here is the one for Blue Server.

Also sometimes the delay can be caused by :

If you are able to see a “logging in” prompt and it fades, please be patient as at this point, the client is attempting to establish a connection and/or will place your account in a temporary ‘ghost’ queue. Afterwards, you will be placed into the server at a later time without being able to see the queue box. It happens when having many people join in server, so try to restart your client and try again. It can take 3-5 times for the queue to be shown.
