People can't really help you doing the work for you unless you pay them. But you can find a Rattatas in the Mount Silver Area around level 50, which to level 80 is only 30 levels, another tip is that you can teach TM24-Thunderbolt and then train the Rattata in the water. Normally this takes around 30 minutes to do if you are lucky. Have a nice week :)
