Hi. i was about to level up my Marshtomp to level 100 and evolve it but i dc'ed / started to lag. So when i came back online my Marshtomp was level 100 with a rare candy and cant evolve :/ can some admin or mod help me please ? Pokemon ID : 9119759

idk they can help you or not, but same case happen before. you should carefull when evo at lvl 100, it canot revert back except rollback

 

some suggest evo should around lvl 96-98 just for safety, mistake might happen

Unfortunately, staff cannot unevolve pokemon so any evolution is final, nor can staff lower a pokemons level, so if it needs to level up to evolve and reaches level 100 there is nothing that can be done and it won't be able to. You will need to make sure every requirement for evolution is met before reaching level 100. (not including evolutions that need trade of evolutionary stones as these can be done at any level) It's recommended to evolve pokemon around level 97-98 to avoid any unexpected issues

I'm sorry to read that you are encountering some problems due to crash issues, but as Carlito2 just quote on the post above mine, there is actually no solution for you to "level down" your Pokemon.

 

The Staff is not allowed and doesn't have any way to do this as it's a part of Non-Negotiable Issues (which you can all see from This Post ).

 

I hope you will find another good Marshtomp to evolve at the right moment, and in the future please keep in mind that the game is still under development, and that crash issues can happen in here. Prevent it by letting one or two "safety levels" when you need to evolve your Pokemons :)
