There are no NPC or script errors with Nikola. I have added something to Nikola however for checking purposes. Can you talk to the NPC sometime? (sooner -> faster to resolve the issue which will take at least 3 weeks to see if it works or not)

Be polite and patient if you need support. While users with the symbols +, % and @ are the chat staff, they are not necessarily also game staff, but they can usually advise you. That said, forums are better for reporting issues and bugs.
