Hellserk Posted November 3, 2015 Share Posted November 3, 2015 I think this is being to much this last days, we all already know that history "this is beta, things may happen", but, playing 1 or 2 hours, and then have to wait 4 or 5 to play??...and always the answer is "we dont know why this happen"...Really?...if you dont know why this happend, or can at least apologize with your players for this inconvenniences, then you must stop offer premium services, cause this way, you are scaming people who try to support you guys. I really like the game but the service is annoying and really bad, you just dont know nothing, dont know why the server crush, dont know how many time the server will be down, dont know how apologize and dont know how inform your costumer why this problem happens. If server went down once or twice I would try to find issues and fix them... If these servers aren't enough I would buy better or just change the hoster to better one. I'm really sad coz servers are off 12 hours a day for 3 weeks or so... GMs I love you and I love work you do but please focus on servers, then make game updates coz its too annoying to play 1 hour a day when we can more. If they dont know or know, but cant fix the reason why the server is down so often, then we have to deal with it. I think in the future it will be fixed. My suggestion, play another game and come back when it works better for you :) We have to be more patient, thats what a good trainer has to be :P Nice game, keep it up! This is a fan-made game, not a game made by a corporation or a company. PRO does not offer a premium service. PRO accepts donations to help pay for the server. The membership status and additional vanity items are our way of saying thank you for the donation. We're trying our best to fix the issues that the players face, but PRO has a very small staff and even a smaller amount of people that can fix the problems that you're talking about. Thank you for playing this game, but posts such as this one don't help anything. I know someone's trying to fix this and moderators don't have to do anything with it but it's very frustrating for us. I came here from a similar game because this one is the best I've seen but server issues really set other positives to 0. Noraenpure Posted November 3, 2015 Share Posted November 3, 2015 I was just about to make the same topic. Pokemon Revolution is an awesome game and I just discovered it. But I too are getting a bit pissed off about the downtimes, I don't know why this is and how it works but whatever... And yeah especially lately its getting simply too much. Everytime i go to work the server seems fine but always when i got time its offline. Yeah i can look forward to play this game when i got free time. But im kinda tired of this all the time.. This is just playing with people too much. We donate for it to make it more fun. We don't expect a reaction like 'go play outside' when it's down. About the Android version too btw.. it's really better to not put on a date of the release, especially not 'around'. At least just announce the downtimes please... or make a schedule, then we know what we can expect. I'm not sure but.. i think the unexpected downtimes made leave pwo too... This is NOT a company, they don't have 24/7 customer service and developers ready to fix every crash in a few minutes. You guys don't seem to have any idea on how a game works if you think it's that easy to fix crashes, and even less if you think upgrading servers for a game of this size is cheap. The server crashes (probably) because it's overloaded, it cannot take the amount of data. Buying and upgrading to bigger servers costs a lot of money and takes a lot of time. If you really want things to speed up, you pay for the servers, ones you see the price I think your attitude towards the staff about this will be way different.
