After evolving my staravia to lv 100 using a Rare Candy the pokemon did not suggest a evolution I have had this issue before with some pokemon at lower Lvs.....   We can't help evolving these as trading will reset the happiness of your Pokemon, and trading is the main component to fix the evolutions.

  make evolve your Pokemon yourself. For example if you have a level 100 Riolu, make sure to have max happiness (255) and make it battle during the day. It works for all Pokemon that require happiness during their evolution process.

if you missed to evolve a Pokemon that should normally evolve by having a specific move. For example if you have a level 100 Yanma that usually evolve by knowing Ancient Power, then just go through a wild battle and defeat the Pokemon. Your Yanma will still evolve even if stuck at level 100.

It works for all Pokemon that are concerned by this evolution process.

Hello,

 

My name is Wizzy22 and i'm on silver server. When i leveled my jolly/ratlled magikarp with the ID:36935122 to lvl 100, the message that gives my pokemon the option to evolve didn't pop up. I know pokemon can be evolved at lvl 100 because i always evolve at lvl 100 to compare the stats between the two :) Unfortunately i didn't receive the message. People told me i should post this in forum and ask staff to reduce the lvl of my poke by 1. I'm sorry if this is not the right section to report this.
