I beat a pokemon to get the first evolution of froakie but it took me right back to level 100 .. so unable to do the final evolution :( was I supposed to use rare candy?? sorry im still new here.. could you help one more time when your free? tia Dang that thing leveled up fast! Could you help me delevel it, please? I'm on Silver. My ingame is Mina0826. PokeID is 14769868. Deleveled. Sliggoo does not need raining weather in PRO to evolve.
