A friend trained my Sneasel to lvl100 for me and forgot to evolve. Can you help me "delevel" my Sneasel to evolve to Weaville, pls ? Hi...sry ...i used him on battle and from 98 he jumped to 100...i forgot it was in day time...can you delével again pls ? I didnt know he will jump from 98 to 100...really sry. 1t3d Posted August 7, 2019 Share Posted August 7, 2019 (edited) My ingame name is 1t3d My server is Gold After evolving my staravia to lv 100 using a Rare Candy the pokemon did not suggest a evolution I have had this issue before with some pokemon at lower Lvs..... There is no known bug to evolving Sliggo in PRO. However, the weather must be raining to have Sliggo evolve. Raining outside of battle, not inside.
