Hi everyone,

I made this easy mode: FAQ guide for everyone that has questions or wants to answer questions ingame.

 

[glow=purple]Let’s start with the basics of this FAQ Guide.[/glow]

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] How much happiness for Dig / Headbutt / Dive?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] You need atleast 151+ Happiness, you can check this via the command /happy (1-6)

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] Do these Pokestops respawn? What are the requirements?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] The Pokestops respawn every 2 days and you need 4 Kanto badges to get their rewards.

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] Do we have to refight the trainers?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Everyone has to refight NPCs every week, you can evade them by using the train stations or the Teleport Pokemon on the routes.

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] Where can I get the fishing rods?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] You receive the Old rod for free in Vermilion city in the house on the left of the market, the Good rod can be bought in Fuschia city House 2 for 15k and the Super rod is in Olivine City in Johto for 75k.

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] Where can I get the bike?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Go to Vermilion City and talk with the boy in the house on the right of the Pokemon Center, gather the asked 75k and give it to him. He will give you a Bike Voucher which you can use in the Bike shop in Cerulean city

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] Where can I get fly? Does it work outside battles?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] It does not work outside of battles. Talk to the Subway Manager in Saffron city to receive the Subway Quest, once completed you will be able to use the Subway system to fasttravel and Fly as an additional reward.

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] Can I catch Legendaries?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] You can catch Mew, Celebi, Jirachi and the Three Legendary Dogs.

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] Can we catch shiny pokemon? Is there a shiny rate?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Yes you can catch shinies, but you will have to be lucky. The shiny rate in PRO is 1 / 8192.

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] Can I use my Pokemon in every region?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Once you beat the 8th gym in Johto/Hoenn you will be able to use your Kanto Pokemon/Johto Pokemon. This is to prevent steamrolling a region.

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] Does PRO have an Amulet coin, EXP share or Lucky Egg?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] No, PRO does not have these items.

[glow=green]A:[/glow] You will not receive EXP from Bosses and the E4 however, you will receive EXP from Gym leaders when you face them for the first time.

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] I can’t talk in Trade Chat and the other chats, how can I talk?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] You will need 30 minutes of In-game playtime to talk in the chats. Gather 4 Kanto badges and you will be able to Trade and use Trade chat.

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow]Where can I find Flash and Cut?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Cut is found on the SS Anna and is given by the Captain when he is cured of his sickness. Flash is found on route 2 in the stop, given by one of Oak’s Aides when you gather 10 different Kanto Pokemon.

  [glow=green]A:[/glow] Decline Bulbasaur, Squirtle and Charmander and proceed to the Pokeball behind the table and accept Pikachu as your starter Pokemon.

 

 

Viridian City + Forest

[glow=green]A:[/glow] No, you cannot refight him. You will have to get his mother to help you.

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] Where is Jackson’s mother?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Go back to Pallet Town, you can find her in the house on the right.

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] I can’t enter this gym, why can’t I enter this gym?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] The Viridian Gym is the final gym, you will unlock this gym when you beat the 7th gym.

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] What can I find in Viridian Maze?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] You can find the headbutt tutor, Boss Erika, EV reducing berries and an abandoned pokemon that can help you with the story.

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] How can I beat Giovanni in this gym? What is his team?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] His team consist of an Armored Mewtwo. Mewtwo’s type is Steel/Psychic. You can easily beat it with a fire type or go with a sturdy Magnemite and Thunder Wave his Mewtwo.

 

 

Cerulean City

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Go to Route 25 and look in the first house on your path;

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] I can’t find Bill’s book, where is it?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] If you can’t find it you should take a closer look at his bed, perhaps it is under his pillow.

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] I can’t enter Cerulean Cave, this guard won’t let me in. What do I do?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] You will need to advance in the story and unlock Dragons Den in Johto, there you can talk with Boss Lance the Dragon Master. If you beat Lance you will gain access to Cerulean Cave.

Requirment: Dragon Membership (costs 200k at blackthorn), you need Dragon Ms to enter Dragons Den B1f (need to register 240 Pokes in your Pokedex and 40 evolved to fight Dragonite)

 

1) Go to Cerulean City, talk to the guard, he says that a Dragon Master in Johto can give you the access to Cerulean Cave

2) Now you need to go to Dragons Den B1f, Lance will await you there. Fight him and win.

3) Go back to Cerulean Cave. The Guard now will let you go into Cerulean Cave.

As stated in the Basics, Cut can be found on the SS Anne after curing the Captain.

Flash is found on route 2, give by one of Oak’s Aides.

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Beat the Vermilion gym and go through the Diglett Tunnel

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] I can’t find the Pecha berry for the Medicine quest, where is it?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Look in one of the trashbins in the SS Anne’s kitchen

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] Where is Blissey?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Look for the biggest room on the ship, Blissey can be found there.

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] Can I re-enter the SS Anne?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] After curing the captain, you will not be able to re-enter.

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] I can’t find the second switch, where is it?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Always return to the first switch you found, the second switch is near the first one. Keep trying

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] What are the requirements for the Sevii Islands and Love Island?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] You’ll need MS for the Sevii islands and 120 owned pokemon and 38 evolved to go to Love Island

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Explore and find your way to Lavender Town

 

 

Lavender Town

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Take the left path to Celadon City and complete the Team Rocket quest.

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] I can’t enter the underground place in Lavender Poketower, how come?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] You need Membership as it is MS only.

To find your way into the underground, you can follow these steps.

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] Why can’t I enter this “creepy” building?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] That is the Hall of Fame, you’ll need to be a champion to enter there.

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] I can’t move forward in the Lavender Quest, am I stuck?

[glow=red]A:[/glow] Go to Saffron City, complete the Silph Co quest and get the Silph scope to move forward in the quest.

 

 

Celadon City

[glow=green]A:[/glow] You cannot play in the casino, but you can use it as an entrance to the Rocket Hideout.

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Eevee is in one of the incubators, but you’ll need a password to get it out.

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] I cleared the Rocket Hideout, what do I do now?

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] I beat the gym, where do I go now?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Onwards Fuschia city.

 

 

Fuschia City

[glow=green]A:[/glow] You need a bike to go there, you can go there by mounts when you have a bike.

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Go south to route 19 and talk to the NPC called Victor. You can find HM Surf in the safari too

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] How can I teach my Pikachu Surf?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Talk to Victor, he can teach Surf to your Pikachu

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] Where is Surf in the Safari Zone?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] It is found in Safari House 4

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] How can I enter the Safari Exclusive zone?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] You need to the PRO Membership to enter that zone.

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] Where does this boat on the beach take me to?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] The boat travels to Cinnabar Island if you unlocked the subway quest.

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] I beat the gym, where do I go now?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Return from where you came and go to Saffron City or take the bike route to go to Saffron.

 

 

Saffron City

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] I beat the Saffron gym, where do I go now?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Set sail to Cinnabar Island and beat the Fire gym there.

 

 

Cinnabar Island

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Yes, talk to the professor in Cinnabar Lab in the 3rd room. Gather 100 Kanto pokemon if you want to receive the Porygon.

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Go back to Viridian city and beat the gym there.

 

 

What do I do now?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Go to the Indigo Plateau. Head West of Viridian City, trough route 22. Talk to the guards to pass.

head North and battle Red to go into Victory Road.

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] Can I catch Moltes in here?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] No, you cannot catch it. Interact with it to start the battle. Once you are finished head over to the Indigo Plateau.

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] How do I beat the E4?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Take a look at this guide or try with your own team.

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] I beat the E4, what do I do now?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Go back to the Indigo Plateau Reception where you fought Red. Walk South and you will end up on route 26. Continue going South and you will reach Tohjo Falls. Exit the Falls and head west.

 

[glow=red]Q:[/glow] I lost my Pokemon, where are they?

[glow=green]A:[/glow] Have you read the NPC’s dialogue? He told you that your Pokemon will be locked in your PC until you beat the 8th gym.
