Unballanced game after Black medallios release...

Grinding just to find one poke for hours on end isn't fun. Idk what's wrong with you but NO ONE likes grinding. The black medallion helps a lot. Not as much people have free time like you to be searching for a poke for 10 hours. I know a guy who can only come on 2 hours a day because he works. So with the black medallion it just really helps those people who don't have a lot of time to grind all day. Also the Pokemon that dropped in price are probably "meh" Pokemon but not the tier 8-9 shit, i don't think pro would break the game.

I bought a black medallion and farmed 8 hours for dratini yesterday. I caught exactly 0 (I didn't even see a dratini).

 

The medallion doesn't mean anything for rare pokes.

Not to take away from those who work and only have 2 hours to play the game but that is irrelevant. What about those who actually took the time to grind for hours, even days to get a good hidden ability pokemon? If you don't like grinding then you're playing the wrong game I'm afraid. I think some of you are just trying to justify the black medallions usefulness because you're lazy and immune to effort put in.

 

The economy was unstable before the black medallion came out but it did however add to an already unstable economy. Look at the trade chat if you need confirmation. You cannot sell a decent ev trained pokemon for a good price anymore and that can also apply to a true epic pokemon in this instance. You see players having to make use of the forums trade section to try and get the proper value for their decent and/or epic pokemon because the in-game economy would rather offer you a value 2-3 times less and add a trashy lvl 100 mismagius for example.

 

I'm not sure which pokemon are referred to as tier 8 or tier 9 but if they have a hidden ability needed for PvP you can be sure the value will drop significantly.

 

In the end we have those that like black medallion and those who don't but both arguments have merit. Both have valid reasoning to them.

To be able to get an h.a poke in low time instead of wasting days and getting frustrated, is a rly great thing!

 

Also -> the prices are dropping low but thats not a bad thing! - It will allow player who can´t spend RL money and wich have to farm there money ingame, to get the chance of pvp poke much easier now. This will bind even more player to the game :)
