Shaui Posted July 13, 2017 Share Posted July 13, 2017 [mention]AradonHD[/mention] that is not the right location. The entrance to Cerulean Cave is in the top left corner of Cerulean City. Here's an image incase it helps: You can get to Cerulean Cave by surfing to the right on Route 4 or surfing to the south on Route 24. After talking with this guard, try to talk to Lance again :3 Until we meet again.
