Make sure you have a Pecha berry to give to the doctor, if you don't have one in your inventory then there will be one in a trash can. Burner1115 Posted July 16, 2017 Share Posted July 16, 2017 Look through all the trash in that room with the doctor then you will find what you need then talk to the doctor then go to the the pharmacist 2nd to last floor last room to the very right there will be a pharmacist who creates the potion then go to blissey on the top floor with that big dining room then there u go your done.
