Lost my Heracross

I was on route 33 catching pokemon and i met heracross and cought him after that server had crasherd and after 2 minutes i log in again and now i dont have him

basically what happened is that you didn't catch the pokemon; so it never was saved to the DB, if you caught it; it got rollbacked, you can read more in here -->

 

Including disconnections and rollbacks

Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsbility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback?. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case.

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced this inconvenience. Unfortunately as said on this post:

You can also learn more about roll backs on the Hit By a Rollback post. I am sorry to have to inform you of this, but in this case we are unable to recover your heracross since it was lost to a rollback. That being said, I will now lock the thread, and I hope you enjoy the rest of your week!
