Hello , i want to know if top 10 guild ladder got reward like exp bonus right ??

and last seasons our guild is on top 10 Guild ladder , but we didn't got the rewards , is this a bug or what ??

there is certainly something wrong here; you guys should have the 25% bonus XP reward by now, we already have it as well.
