Gouseru Posted August 3, 2017 Share Posted August 3, 2017 [mention]skylight057[/mention] it's as [mention]PreHax[/mention] says, there's no "official" level for the Elite 4 (and for the gyms), but generally speaking you want anywhere between 75-85+ in terms of levels for your teams.
