Rare Candies from other accounts?

Hello,

In Yellow's Punishment Policy Overview announcement, this is stated for an infraction:

Account Spamming (creating several accounts for starters, botting alts, and etc)

Does this rule apply if a player obtains the rare candies that respawn every 7-14 days in Viridian City/Route 12 and mails it to another account of his/her own? I only have one account but I am curious about this. In this situation the player doesn't break the rule of maximum 4 accounts.

no it doesn't; you are allowed to do that. This account spamming rule is for people who legit spam accounts to get for example a clone starter or something.

If you only have 4 accounts, everything is alright o/
