Can't learn Rock Climb

I wanted to report that many pokemon that can learn rock climb are not able to do so with the move tutor.

 

 

Such as machoc, gravalanch or turtwig and many others. Could it be fixed please?

those teachers only let final evolution pokemon learn it. Nothing to fix here

as you might have noticed, this Teacher works like all other TM Teachers as well; this means no pre-evolution pokemon are eligible to learn the move unless they have some sort value on a eviolite user. It's not really a bug; just the script would be too long if Arnie puts all names in it.
