Is there any way to find Skull, Armor fossils and Explorer KIt in Sinnoh?

Explorer Kit will most likely never be in-game unless they can implement the minigame.

 

Currently we can get Sinnoh fossils via Brock Boss, and Hoenn Excavation Sites.

sorry for the inconvenience and late response. The Explorer Kit isn't currently in the game. Keep an eye in our Download&Update Logs for future additions in PRO. Like Starlight told you, skull and armor fossils got recently added to Brock Boss and to the Hoenn Excavation Sites.
