The bag glitch is indeed frustrating when it occurs and can lock up your whole screen sometimes. The best way to combat this is to open up your bag every few encounters so that way you can prevent it from happening. In the case that you used your masterball, I apologize, but we are unable to refund your masterball. However there are a few ways you can earn a masterball, such as purchasing one for 50 pvp coins, and as a reward from the bug catching contest.
