i just evolved my espurr female. And it becomes like the male meowsper.. How to get the female form of meowsper. ??

As far as I know there is no way to get the other version yet.:/

Pretty much everything that has gender-based form difference only has the male form at the moment.

 

Hippopotas line, Frillish line, Unfezant......and Meowstic as well.
