Which badge do I need to use Dig in Jotho?

My Krokorok learnt it, so I went back to Slowpoke Well, but it said I didn't have the required badge for it.

 

Any help would be appreciated! :)

To be able to use dig,you need to have the Thunder Badge,from Vermillon city. (The third one)

So I guess you need to have the third badge in Johto too.:/

Also,make sure that your Pokémon as enough happiness x)
