Hi, my name is Striker101, I'm reporting a Crash Report, the file said that I was supposed to report to the creators of the game, but I don't know where to drop the Crash files, I've tried all download options, but it repeats the same thing, I can't even drop the broken files here, I really need help, :thanks:

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

1- Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

2- Disable anti-virus program

3- Restart computer

 

Others solution:

Updated drive and reinstall Direct X

 

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files, and even from the trashbin, before you download a new client.

Have you tried running windows as administrator, and running it in compatibility mode?

hI, Neroli, this is striker101 I have done the following that you have requested me to do, but I still end up with the same problems, should I just give the crash file to the creators of the game, if there is something else I could try, please tell me.

I have this issue aswell since months already. I never got a satisfactory solution to this issue and tryed much stuff to fix this and got some things that minimize this problem.

 

- Cleaning out cache and scanning the Pc reduced the "Crash Report" problem + its a nice thing even when you dont have this issue.

- When you start the client, dont tab outside and do other stuff and wait a few seconds before you click on the login buttom. (I have the feeling it helps a bit on other hand I´am not very experianced when it comes to Pc stuff and its just a mind thing)

- When you reinstall/update the Pro client make sure to delete every single data wich could be on your Pc

 

BUT: I have the feeling it helps for me which not means its the right way to do it or its helping in anyway XP

+ I basically wrte just one new point for you but better one new thing then nothing. :P

 

Since I do that stuff I have this issure only 1 out of 10 times.

The only possible issue left I can think of are the requirements; are you guys sure to meet them ?

Especially when [mention]BashFick[/mention] mentions to not do other stuff in the meanwhile. It sounds to me that your CPU might be the issue ^^

 

The requirements are the following:

Desktop:

Operating Systems: Windows Vista+, Mac OS X 10.7+, Ubuntu 10.10+.

Graphics Card: DX9 (shader model 2.0) capabilities; generally everything made since 2004 should work.

CPU Speed: 2Ghz+ Processor recommended.

Ram: 2GB+ recommended.

 

Android:

Operating System: Android 4.4 (KitKat) or later.

CPU: 1.2Ghz+ Dual Core or better recommended.

Ram: 1.5GB+ recommended.

Graphics Support: OpenGL ES 2.0 or later.

 

 

Do you experience crashes with other games as well, or only PRO?

How often does it occur? After how long, from the moment you start the game?

The more we'll know, the better we'll be able to help!

THE ONLY THING IM WAITING FOR IS SKYFLAIR TO REPORT BACK TO ME ABOUT THE CRASH REPORT I UPLOADED TO HIM. I'll BE WAITING! :thanks:
