Seeing how many people ask how to go somewhere, what are the requirements, and all those that aren't sure about some of them, I figured it would help to centralize these informations into a single thread ! ~ You can open screenshots in new tabs for bigger images; as they are in spoiler balises, they're not enlargeable ~ If you feel like something should be added, or changed, please feel free to suggest so ! -[/hr] Index - Mount Silver - Love Island and Diamond Domain - Trainers Valley and Unknown Place - Sevii Islands - Amazon Forest and Desert Lagoon - Leev Town and Jura Cave - Cerulean Cave - Dragons Shrine - Valley of Steel - Pinkan Island - Seafloor Cavern - Moon, after Hoenn's main story - Nap Island - Eumi Island -[/hr] Mount Silver Mt. Silver is a large mountain in Johto, located west of Kanto's Victory Road and Indigo Plateau. It is the third best xp area, ex aequo with Dragons Den! Requirements: Kanto & Johto Champion Rock Smash, Surf & Waterfall to be able to roam freely How to access: Head west from Viridian City as going to Victory Road or Johto, but instead, keep heading west Talk to the guards blocking the path, they will make way For further infos on Mount Silver, check SugarRed9's detailed guide about it: > Mt. Silver Walkthrough < -[/hr] Love Island & Diamond Domain Love Island is a lovely unique place! You will find there special headbutt trees along with smashable rocks, and the Boss duo: Shary & Shaui! Requirements: Catch 120 Pokémons native from Kanto (from range #1-#151) Get 38 evolved data How to access: Talk to the Love Sailor at Vermilion City Docks and pay the 5 000$ fee To access Diamond Domain, keep walking on the beach heading northwest (you will have to cross a few grass patches) -[/hr] Trainers Valley & Unknown Place You will find there some exclusive TMs, 6h CD only headbutt trees, and the only way to get other chances at catching legendaries: Nikola! Requirements: Fight with Red at the top of Mt. Silver (doesn't matter whether you win or lose) Catch 120 Pokémons native from Kanto (from range #1-#151) Get 38 evolved data Be able to take the train > Subway & Train Quest Guide < How to access: Take the train from Saffron City's or Goldenrod City's Station, and select "Trainers Valley" option For further infos on Trainers Valley, check Fluffles's guide about it: > Trainers Valley Guide < -[/hr] Sevii Islands These seven islands are located off the coasts of Kanto. They are host to an uncommon quest and Boss, and some exclusive Poké spawns! Requirements: Kanto Champion Membership only Need to do the quest to be able to freely roam between them > Sevii Islands Quest Guide, by carlho < How to access: Talk to the Sevii Islands Sailor -[/hr] Amazon Forest & Desert Laggoon Exotic areas in Johto that welcomes Bugsy and some exclusive spawns. Requirements: Johto Champion Membership for Desert Lagoon How to access: Take the boat at Olivine City To access Desert Lagoon, keep heading north through the Amazon Forest and the Abandoned Desert Village -[/hr] Leev Town & Jura Cave Other exotic areas, off of Hoenn, home of a prehistoric beast! Requirements: Hoenn Champion Membership only Do the relative quest > Scientist Smith Quest quick steps, by NeverLuckeh < How to access: Take the boat at Lilycove City To access Jura Cave, head east at the dock map, then shift north -[/hr] Cerulean Cave This cave, not only is the best xp area ex aequo with Dragons Shrine, but also Naero's and Mewtwo's hideout! Be prepared! Requirements: Get the Dragon membership (200 000$ at Blackthorn's Dragon Club) Get the Dragon Medalion (240 caught data, shown at said club) Defeat the Dragonite in Dragons Den B1F to be able to pass through him Defeat Lance further into Dragons Den B1F How to access: You can either go through: Route 4, west of Cerulean, go around the trees and surf northeast or Route 24, north of Cerulean, go around the bridge and surf back south -[/hr] Dragons Shrine Dragons Shrine is a one-of-a-kind area, where Lance likes to withdraw. It is also a top notch xp spot! Requirements: 150 evolved data At least one Dragon lvl 100 in your team How to access: In Dragons Den, surf around the temple by the left Talk to the guard and show him your Dragon Pokémon -[/hr] Valley of Steel Located in Hoenn, Valley of Steel is a vast area with many things to do, such as daily quests to get unique rewards, or challenge Steven! Requirements: Hoenn Champion How to access: Pay the 5 000$ fee to the Guard, south of Lavaridge For further infos on Valley of Steel, check Fluffles's guide about it: > Valley of Steel Guide < -[/hr] Pinkan Island Pinkan Island is the home to very singular Pokémons, which gave its name to the island! Officer Jenny will be available to battle on her free time! Requirements: Hoenn Champion 250h of playtime Complete the relative quest > Complete Pinkan Walkthrough, by Fippsie < How to access: Talk to the Pinkan Sailor at Vermilion Docks and pay the 5 000$ fee -[/hr] Seafloor Cavern ♫ ♪ Under the sea ♪ ♫ This cavern is a maze, deep beneath the waters of Hoenn, in which the Aqua Team feels at home. Requirements: Access to Route 128 Being able to Dive (The Diving Pokémon needs 150+ Happiness) How to access: Credits to Shary and her guide: > Complete Hoenn Walkthrough Guide < Surf Route 127 and Dive at shown location (see 1st screen) Head south underwater to Route 128 and access the cave -[/hr] Moon, after Hoenn's main story Rocky area, home of a certain variety of Pokémons, including Jirachi itself! Requirements: Hoenn Champion Mossdeep Space Center 2F (Talk to Prof. Birch in Littleroot Town after beating Hoenn's E4) How to access: In Mossdeep City, head east to access the Space Center Talk to the NPC (see 2nd screen) at the 2nd Floor and pay the 15 000$ fee -[/hr] Nap Island Bizarre things happen in this island.. all the residents are asleep! Requirements: Hoenn Champion How to access: Move SOUTH from Route 40 (Johto), get past Route 41 and Route 49 to reach Nap Shore, or Move NORTH from Mossdeep City, get past Route 125 and Route 135 to reach Nap Town.
