I'm not sure. But I think you can battle nikola for another chance to catch your missed legendary by just not having the "CAUGHT" Data. You know, the pokeball beside the pokemon in pokedex.<br/> After you battle Him you get to choose which one of the currently available obtainable legendary to have another chance.<br/> I'm not sure what happens if you clicked those you have already caught.
