Tried talking to him with 1.1k hours+lvl 6 100s and he's saying 'I see you don't need my help, leave me and my pokemons alone' or something among those lines.<br/>

Also tried with 5 100s and 1 lvl 40</t>

The only Requirement I can say is you failed your chance to catch obtainable legendary.<br/>

Either you got disconnected or run out of pokeballs. I'm not sure. But I think you can battle nikola for another chance to catch your missed legendary by just not having the "CAUGHT" Data. You know, the pokeball beside the pokemon in pokedex.<br/>

After you battle Him you get to choose which one of the currently available obtainable legendary to have another chance.<br/>

I'm not sure what happens if you clicked those you have already caught. Because I only clicked on Jirachi cause he's the one that I failed to catch.<br/>

Here are Nikola's pokemon. sorry I don't have screenshot. But I guess you would believe me cause these are the pokes in His area.<br/>

Mega Charizard X (Dragon Fire) *With Flare Blitz and Earthquake*<br/>

Kyogre (Water) *Hydro Pump I think*<br/>

Deoxys (Psychic) *I'm not sure if it's atk form or normal form.* *With Shadow Claw*<br/>

Arceus (Normal) *I'm not sure about the typing but I guess this have coverage moveset*<br/>

*I'm sorry if I forgot the moves they have used on me cause I was in panic-mode during the battle cause I Only got 1 revive with 7 Hyper potions.<br/>

And my MEW was the only one left alive being my tank (Barrier and Calm mind combo)<br/>

I was not prepared when I talked to him cause I thought he was just gonna ask me something about a legendary or something but then the battle triggered.<br/>

Thankfully I got less Crits when Mew was the only one left.<br/>

Anyways Here is what he said before the battle, it's not exactly what He said but somehow....<br/>

"I see, you need my help. You need something about a rare pokemon. Well, do you deserve it."<br/>
