The special effects sound fine but I can't hear any background music. As to it being boring, it is more boring to play without music... Should have done that sooner. Thanks for answering anyways. As well be sure if having issues to clear your cache. Remember to delete any previous clients when downloading a new one as this can create the issues you experienced.
