I do not see the second npc Indragiri to continue the quest to go to Sinnoh I would appreciate very much that they solve this error to continue enjoying this excellent game.

I would estimate a quick response. Thank you for your attention.

Please check that you fought the NPCs in order, also did you disconnect in any of the battles? Did you actually win against the previous NPC(the one in Saffron City)? Which server are you on and what's your IGN? Are you able to fight the next NPC in queue(the one in New Mauvile)?
