Kopical Posted November 19, 2017 Share Posted November 19, 2017 Hey I got on today for the first time in a while and needed an update, but after I installed it whenever I launch the application I end up at a purple screen. I updated to the latest version of Max OSX, cleared out all previous versions, and have tried opening it with 2 different file converters. There is indeed a pink login screen issue since the Halloween client update with Mac users that didn't update their OS to High Sierra, as stated in Discord's announcements as well as in similar threads: Regarding the archive softwares for Mac, you can find some in the Read this before making a General Support topic: Mac UnZip Programs Suggestions The UnarchiverWinZip5 Keka BetterZiip Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files, and even from the trashbin, before you download the new client.
