You can trade in 5 coin fragments you can get as a "reward" for playing with a coin at the slot machine to get back a coin which is basically another try at the slot machine. That option on npc can be used to exchange coin fragment (which sometimes earned from the machine) to a game coin. Edit : sry, didnt check the post date :( can someone delete my post ?
