Okk soo I was doing the legendary dogs moveset quest, i had to fight the 6 thiefs, everything was fine until i had to battle the last one(which is in pewter city jail).

I saw that he is a boss now with 6 level 120 pokes(i talked to him after defeating 5 thiefs)

I defeted him and he gave me his usual boss rewards and not the zap bell 3

What should i do now

I have entei, soo the six theif were supposed to have 3 water bell parts and 3 zap ball parts

But the sixth theif geroge didn't gave me the 3rd zap ball part
