So your sandstorm team is just tyranitar + excadril. Well... next time try to take more advantage by using some sand veil or sand force pokes, also you could use more rock-type pokes instead of just tyranitar, cradily(for example) becomes a very nice special wall under sandstorm effects and will face easily a lot of water pokemon.

Use clefable in sand team and gliscor too, so that it can counter other excas and you can run ada exca so that you dont have to go exca vs exca

Hippowdown is also my go to champ for a sand team super tanky and causes sandstorm on release

Depends if there using a priority +1 move like talon flame for example brave bird they will get two attacks in which will leave you pretty vulanarble
