Hi, can I get a bit more information out of you to be better able to help. Can you give me a step by step of what you did and when the "you need a permission" message popped up and can you also tell me which client you were trying to download: Windows, Mac, Android or Linux?

You would need to create an exception in your antivirus software for the download. If you can tell us what antivirus you use someone may be able to explain how to do it.

This link will take you to the Avast support center and tell you how to make an exception for files in your antivirus. Please follow those steps and create the exception for PRO and if there is still a problem then please let me know.
