In this case, you will have to wait for 7 days which is the generally standardized NPC-cooldown time. I'm not 100% sure about it though. Maybe staff can help. Travok Posted December 22, 2017 Share Posted December 22, 2017 Did you beat the Grinch leader? If so than this is normal, the cave is closed off by the police once the Grinch leader has been beaten.
