At the moment Regice will be available until 28th December, this is because of the long maintenance to Red server. The Christmas event finishes on the 15th January. If there are any changes we will announce it on the pro discord channel.

Please do not contact staff for private support, post your question in the appropirate subforum as others may have the same problem and could benfit from the answer as well.
