Shiny Chance from Abandoned Pokeballs

Heya PRO community,

 

Ya'll can prolly guess y i made dis topic for,

Players are getting Shinies from Abandoned Pokeball , so exactly what they need to do is go near a :Blue color ball" and hit the button, try their luck and BAM Shiny Pokemon!

Why's the effort for hunting shinies then? :s

 

Most of u can see the case of Shiny Staryu's ingame like 3 of them from abandoned pokeballs in just 4 months, saw many Shiny growlithes from AB Pokeball too, staryu is considered as a 3rd tier pokemon which is hard to find and for growls u can just hunt em easy like 5-6 in 20mins or so. Those lucky players got these hardy shinies just from a ball luckily. I'm not opposing to the idea of AB balls but a shiny from ab pokeball i oppose it.

Shiny Star's will be common soon with the rate they r being obtained from ab balls, i bet if more type of rare pokes would be added in ab balls soon the game will be filled with rare shinies.

i'd rather say 2 ways out: Either Add Shiny chance for only Common pokes from ab balls or making chance very low for gettin shinies from ab balls. Thanks

Exactly, they're lucky. Just like when you're passing an area and randomly encounter a shiny without actually hunting for it. Or when you're hunting for a non-shiny rare / leveling your Pokemon, and found a shiny.

 

So I don't see the problem here?

 

Unless a staff can confirm the Abandoned Poke Ball has much higher shiny chance. In that case then yeah, one can say that's a problem.

I will confirm the shiny chance of an abandoned pokemon is much lower than the shiny chance of a wild pokemon. However I won't tell you the exact rate cause I'm sure it's on the forums if you look.

I got this from forum long time a go.

 

i think the chance is 1:500 which mean it is easier to get shiny from ball

My calculation

 

Wild Staryu (Lets assumed it is 3rd tier 1:100) = 1/100*8024 = 1:802.400

Pokeball Staryu (100% staryu) = 1/500 = 1:500

wow... to find this abandoned pokeballs again i guess i need making new id for it? :( - as far as i get i only find 3 Abandoned pokeball in the game now. maybe i can find more int he future... i hear there are more than 3 abandoned pokeball right?

But, in case they only have "one time only chance" it will make everything balance i think. Well to achieved that one, imposible you recreating account over and over unless you will spend soo much time ftom beginning

i dont really understand .how to know where is the abandon pokeball is? where can we find it ?
