Ummm, i still can fix this right? so i got this porygon which has good stats but it's a jolly one... i can still use this right? 80 base stat is already high plus! the Download ability makes it more powerful.

Sorry but porygon is a bad physical attacker, with a base attack of just 80 in its final evolution. You can of course try using it but i think you will be disapointed! If you want to use a strong normal type physical attacker you can try Ambipom, Snorlax or Slaking.

You'd most definitely want to go Timid or Modest for Porygon, it has amazing special coverage, Tri-Attack, BoltBeam, Trick etc (plus fillers like Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball) and at that speed tier you'd most likely want to slap a scarf on it and ideally get a Download SpA boost to have a very threatening revenge killer.
