My game crashed right around this time due to the bug so I can't go back and re battle, but you set up hazards on abomasnow, then set up on abomasnow or starmie with your choice of Azumarill or Seaking. It should be another easy boss.

I was going to set up Azumarill on Ferro, but was afraid of fainting to rocky helmet. I switched out to my Ninetales and fainted the Ferro quickly, then fainted my Ninetails. There, I switched Volcarona in and quiver dance'd once, and proceeded to bug buzz or flamethrower my way to victory. I only needed to set up once, but Azumarill should work on any of the grass types.
