There was a crash on start up but i manage to fix it (the -force-d3d9 thingy) and it worked again. But after the new update. After i download the client it starts on crashing again, (same issue) i tried the thing i did before (-force-d3d9) but it didnt worked this time :((((( please help me what should i do! :( OH AND ONE MORE THING. I TRIED OPENING THEM BOTH AT THE SAME TIME. THE OLDER VERSION WORKS PERFECTLY, BUT THE NEW VERSION STILL CRASHES ON STARTUP, I'VE ALSO TRIED DOWNLOADING AGAIN BUT STILL NO LUCK :'( SO PLEASE HELP ME. If these don't help, here is a different solution which may help you:- 1 Logon to Windows 7 computer using the account that has administrative privileges. 2 Click on Start button and in the search box type Compatibility. 3 From the appeared list of applications click on Run programs made for earlier versions of Windows to open Program Compatibility wizard. 4 On the appeared page click on Next button and wait till the program detects the issues. Click on Next Button 5 From the available list after detection, choose PRO's file while executing and click on Next button. 6 From the next page click on Try recommended settings option and the next page click on Start this program button to test the settings. Click on Start the program to Test the Settings 7 Once the program has successfully started click on Next button on the very same page. 8 On the next page click on Yes, save the settings for this program link and finally click on Close button. Also, run the game in admin mode and add an exception to your antivirus if it's blocking pro. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but this is an error from Unity and there is nothing that we can do about it at the moment. I'm also sorry to hear that the fix Red stated did not work for you (quoting for visibility): The "resolution" issue is known. It will be fixed in a non-mandatory client update next time due to being unity engine bug. For now, there is a simple workaround; Keep selecting greater res gradually until you get the desired result. If a certain resolution throws an error simply select another one from the same nest. There is one other thing that you can try which is to change your desktop resolution (quoting for visibility): If the above doesn't work, there is no other known workaround for this issue. You can attempt to change your resolution through your OS to a lower resolution, then open up your PRO client, and after the game is running, change the resolution back. (Here's a guide on how to change that through windows). However, this is not known to solve this issue currently. As for now, we can only wait for Unity's update to fix the bug and only then the next client update will be released. Make sure to be on lookout for announcement for the next client update from our announcement subforum and our discord server. I'm locking this topic as there is no further use for it.
