Hello

Try to run the game in admin mode, and windows 7 in compability mode. Add an exception to PRO in your antivirus if it's blocking the game. If these steps dont help you, try these steps:-

Other solution for crash (follow 3 steps)

1- Unzip file without using WinRAR or 7zip

2- Disable anti-virus program

3- Restart computer

Mac UnZip Programs Suggestions

1-The Unarchiver

2-WinZip5

3-Keka

4-BetterZiip

Others solution:

Updated drive and reinstall Direct X

Also, remember to delete all the past PRO clients and folders you might have in your device, including the temporary files (https://tinyurl.com/deletetempfiles), and even from the trashbin, before you Downloads(https://pokemonrevolution.net) the new client.

If you still get the same message, make sure you have the latest version of Directx.

Or try these steps:

You are encountering an issue, which is likely linked to your permissions on your C: drive partition right?

If so,

-Try to fix your permissions in the appropriate folders, make sure you have both reading and writing rights just to be certain it'll work (or)less troublesome, especially given the small game files' size: Move your PRO folder to another hard drive partition, such as D or any other. That may help you!

Permissions on C can be restricted and they can trick you, as it hosts the sensible files notably mandatory to run your system itself. So,good lick trying these steps

Hi PrincessMimii,

First, have you tried to uninstall and re-install your DirectX? In some cases, doing a fresh re-install can fix this error.

Also, could you possibly screenshot your dxdiag so we can better assist you?

To do this simply, press Windows Key + R to open up the Run Dialog, type in dxdiag, and then press Enter.

After the information has loaded, can you screenshot your System Information and paste it here? It should include the specs of your PC and also the DirectX Version that you are currently running.

Also, apologies as it seems your issue has been overlooked a bit; hopefully we can get your game running soon. I'll be eagerly awaiting your answer!

Hello again,

Could you also be so kind as to show me what Graphics Card you have on your system? You'll be able to find it under dxdiag, but click the Display tab and screenshot the information in the Device box.
