Region locking pokemon makes sense but I feel like shinies should bypass region locking restrictions.

This adds value to abundunt shinies such as ratatta, zubat, etc that people normally wouldn't desire.

I don't think this would be overpowered or gamebreaking considering shinies are already 1/8192 and don't add anything other than some flashy colors.

I say this because my friends and my lots of friends in pro stop playing this game .
