TerryChin brings up a valid point. All one would have to do is have their friend claim to have purchased the item for auction. On the other hand, if "fake auctioning" like that was illegal as well it wouldn't be that hard to catch. If the seller decides to put the same poke back up for auction or sell it again, they would be exposing themself and their friend for fraudulent auctioning.

I don't agree with this idea. People will choose to not donate unless there is an event going on, and spend their money elsewhere until the event finally rolls along. Also once the event does come, everyone will sell CC at once and it's price will drop dramatically low. It's already 250k on Yellow Server.. I personally think PRO would be looking at less profit. They could try it out and see the numbers I suppose.

Region locking pokemon makes sense but I feel like shinies should bypass region locking restrictions. This adds value to abundunt shinies such as ratatta, zubat, etc that people normally wouldn't desire. I don't think this would be overpowered or gamebreaking considering shinies are already 1/8192 and don't add anything other than some flashy colors. just say no to DRM
