one punch man! is somewhat of a funny/action where the protagonist is already tooooo overpowerd where no one can ever scratch his bald head. where as dragonball as old as it is the protagonist always has to improve to beat their rivals.

by that i mean they are not the "same" type of heros. even if goku is 10 time stonger than saitaman he will still lose cuz of the type of character he is (untouchable).
