Please report lack of standard content and item distribution such as item given to you by NPC, random item found on the map, shops and so on. Pretty much everything NPC related which is supposed to be in on the Sevii islands. Be very focused when doing this. This thread will eventually get merged with NPC bugs one like spawn one did.
