I started the Celebi quest and I already beat suicune but he is'nt in my pokedex so I can't continue.

you can meet Suicune on different spots but to get the Dex-entry you have to beat the Suicune located at Tohjo Falls (Hm Waterfall is needed to reach it).

Have you fought against this Suicune?
