Realmente deve ser por causa da atualização do windows 7 por que eu instalei o windows 7 lite 3.0 que vem com a versao mais recente do windows o jogo ja funcionou de boa mais o pc tava usando 100 de cpu n consegui arruma e voltei pro windows 7 normal sem jogar poke revolution :(
