Im sorry for this inconvenience.

Your account is not bugged, that your account never got the 40 coins has nothing to do with your account and you are not the only person who didnt received the coins.

Right now I have no exact information about the refund of this coins and if its even possible to refund those, Im sorry.

 

About the the Boss Erika issue, are you sure you beat her 3 times in a row? Only then it is possible to choose a third time reward. In case you lose, your counter will be reseted and you have to start from zero.
