Black screen

Tried to launch the game today and got stuck in a black screen. When I downloaded the game again and relaunched the game, the black screen was still there. The game doesn't even show the log in screen. I'm running the 32 bit PRO version, with the latest update. Can anyone help or give some advise?

This is a common issue at this PRO version but there is a known solution. Try to follow this steps:

 

Fatal Error: Failed to Load Mono

For those who are running any OS below Windows 10:

1. Delete your PRO files
   
2. Disable Microsoft security essential/Windows Defender
   
3. Unzip PRO current version again
   
4. Add PRO folder to the "exclusion list" of MSE/WD
   
5. Enable Microsoft Security Essential/Windows Defender
   

For those who are running Windows 10:

1. Disable Windows Defender
   
2. Unzip PRO again
   
3. Add the folder to the "exclusion list" of Windows Defender
   
4. Re-enable Windows Defender
